Returns & Cancellations

At Instant Gym, we are committed to ensuring a positive experience with every purchase. To provide clarity and transparency, please carefully review our return, refund, and cancellation policy. Different conditions apply for standard online orders and orders that include delivery and/or assembly services.

Standard Online Orders (Shipped via Parcel or Freight)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the terms below.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us at contact@instant-fulfillment.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide:
    • A Return Authorization form
    • A return shipping label (for parcel shipments)
    • Freight return documents (if the item was delivered on a pallet)
  • Freight-shipped items must be securely re-packaged on the original pallet and comply with all freight return requirements.

Return Conditions

  • All returns must be pre-authorized and include the Return Authorization form.
  • A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Items returned not in brand new condition or original packaging are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • Items returned incomplete, such as those missing parts or hardware, may incur additional deductions.
  • Return labels must be used within 30 days of issue. After 30 days, the label will be voided and the return request will be closed.
  • Returns of used or damaged items may be rejected or denied a refund.
  • Clearance or final sale items are sold "as-is" and are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used.
  • Depending on your financial institution, funds may take an additional 24 to 48 hours to appear.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Delivered and Assembled Orders (In-Home Setup Services)

Please note: Orders that include delivery and/or professional assembly services are not eligible for return or refund once service has been completed.

This policy is in place to account for:

  • Labor performed on-site
  • Handling of large, heavy, or custom items
  • Final placement and setup of fitness equipment in your space

Important Disclosures

  • By placing an order that includes delivery and/or assembly, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
    • They have reviewed and accepted the specifications and dimensions of the product.
    • They understand and accept that once the product is delivered and assembled, the sale is final.
    • They will be required to sign a Delivery and Assembly Acknowledgment Form confirming receipt of the item in acceptable condition.
  • This policy applies regardless of subsequent dissatisfaction with the item or change of preference.
  • If the product is delivered and assembled as ordered and in working condition, no return or refund will be issued.

If an issue arises post-delivery, our customer service team is available to assist with:

  • Warranty-related support
  • Troubleshooting
  • Replacement parts

Order Cancellations or Modifications

  • If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us immediately at contact@instant-fulfillment.com with the subject line "CANCEL" or "EDIT".
  • We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
  • However, once your order has entered the fulfillment, delivery, or assembly process, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation or change.
